Welcome to my world of real estate! I’m Jay Pakala, a 26-year-old professional with a passion for making dreams come true in the ever-thriving Colorado real estate market.
I was originally born in the vibrant state of New York where I spent a significant portion of my life before moving to Colorado. It was during my college years at Colorado State University that I fell in love with the Centennial State, and I decided to make it my home.
After completing my education, I ventured to Philadelphia for a brief period before returning to Colorado with a vision to leave my mark on the real estate landscape. I took a bold step by purchasing a duplex in Philadelphia, a strategic move that allowed me to combine my love for real estate with my goal of generating monthly income.
I dedicated time and effort to transforming my property into a lucrative investment, and it has become a testament to my commitment to excellence. Now, my sights are set on becoming a top agent and mortgage broker in Colorado. I believe in providing a seamless and efficient experience for those looking to navigate the intricate world of real estate.
In addition to my work in real estate, some of my other interests include staying active through F45 workouts at Belmar, cooking, as well as skiing and hiking in the beautiful Colorado mountains.
